Admitted to Practice in 1972. Steven Henderson earned his J.D. Degree Lincoln Law School, in San Francisco, CA.
Steve Henderson has wanted to be an attorney ever since he was a little boy watching Perry Mason. "I love being an attorney. I get to help people while pursing my passion-the law.'
Right out of law school, Mr. Henderson gave back to his school by teaching Wills and Trusts, and Constitutional Law at Lincoln Law School.
Steven Henderson is a respected litigator and trial attorney in Contra Costa County. He specializes in civil litigation. Mr. Henderson is recognized as an aggressive and effective litigator. Each client's case is treated with exceptional care and attention.Mr. Henderson began his career by working with some of the finest trial attorneys in the Bay Area.
In 1980, Steven Henderson opened the Law Office of Steven H. Henderson, in Pittsburg, California.
He incorporated Contra Costa Legal Assistance for the elderly. This organization gave aid to the elderly who could not afford an attorney. He retired from the board after 25 years. During those years, he was instrumental in recruiting some of the finest legal minds to work "pro bono" (for free). The organization has helped thousands of elderly in Contra Costa County.
In private practice, Steven Henderson has represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants. He has represented claimants in both State and Federal Courts.

Jill Stern-Henderson, Esq. (born 1964)
Jill Henderson joined the Law Office of Steven H. Henderson in 1991. She earned her J.D. from Southwestern School of Law (Los Angeles) in 1989.
For the past twenty-years, Jill Henderson has practiced civil litigation with her husband, Steven Henderson. She enjoys working side by side with her husband on their joint cases. Together, they debate all aspects of a case. Jill Henderson brings her own brand of passion to each case.
In addition to practicing civil litigation, Mrs. Henderson has handled many complex workers' compensation cases over the years.
Her private hobbies include her family (four daughters), horses, scrap booking, and helping children and adults overcome personal obstacles by working with horses.
